A little background on why I named this blog what I did.
I should probably do a little explaining on my title of this blog. First my last name is White. Therefore I live in the "White House." Living in the "White House" makes me the 1st Lady. My physical address says I live in Westwood Ca. (not the one by Los Angeles) but a little mountain town in Northeastern Ca. However I really live in a section out of Westwood known as Pinetown. With all the joking going on between my friends, I inevitably became Pinetowns 1st Lady living in the "White House." With all that said, this is just going to be a more personal blog of my life here in Westwood/Pinetown. My family and friends being a big part of it. Originally I really wanted to take a picture a day for one year and post it on this blog. Perhaps like a photo diary. My life though is quite quiet and perhaps is not photo worthy for a picture a day but I plan on trying. So why not hop in and take a ride with me through little mountain town U.S.A. You may just love it as much as I do!
Venturing outside just long enough to take a pic for today because I still am not feeling that well, that if it were allergies that was making me unwell, I would suspect this plant here may have been the culprit!
Yep, just looking at this makes me want to sneeze and I do not even have allergies!
Only because of my shear hard headedness am I even going to post these stupid pictures of my dog, as I suspect I may get to post something later to do with my Jeremiah Lee. But this morning "Buick" was outside without his clothes on (his collar) and it is not like I do not have hundreds of pictures of this dog, but even I was impressed with the way these came out. I opened up the side window of our front room to take these, and they came out "Picture Perfect" I believe. Now if I can only get "Nala" this good!
This is a man named Cory who is a friend of our renter Darin, that lives here. I have met Cory before but just long enough to be introduced. He lives in Reno Nevada now, and had come back to Westwood to do a little visiting. Darin and him I guess go way back and are great friends. And Cory came here to do a little visiting. I am very glad I got to meet Cory better. He is one hell of a nice guy with a very jovial personality. I decided to go ahead and have his pictures be my pictures for the day. If this really goes to a year I am sure I will be glad I did. Plus I can also say pretty honestly that I met someone new today, and that's always a good thing, Right?

This is where I live. To the right of Westwood barely visible is the little section I live in called Pinetown. We have probably 150 to 200 people for our population. Westwood on the other hand is HUGE by comparison with a population of around 2000!
