Today in my "White House" I am and have been thinking of the the history that was made in these last 48 hours. In my lifetime another comes to mind and that is the man on the moon. I also know better than to discuss politics, because that's what my daddy taught me. That and religion LOL!!! So with that said, I am relishing in a quiet day of reflection on a very cold and stormy day, finding myself sitting on the couch and actually watching the television instead of listening to it. Taking in all that has happened to our country in the last 48 hours, and sooo very thankful for the possibility of the ending of racism once and for all!
Since I often wonder if I have Adult A.D.D. (
Attention Deficit Disorder) since I can not just sit and do nothing, (that's why I don't
WATCH T.V.) I grabbed my crochet hook and took up finishing a
granny square scarf I started last week. Perfect day for it. The squares are all done now, I only have to block them, and sew them together. And somebody will have a pretty scarf to weather the weather!
