Ahhhh but this was something I have been trying to do with my little camera since I bought it a little over a year and a half ago. I wanted a full moon, at the time I took this last night, google claimed it was 98% full.I have tried this shot to numerous to count. My moons are never round, I m not steady enough and the camera really is not meant for this kind of picture taking, and I do not have a tri-pod. I was absolutely thrilled shitless when this one came out so well. I took a couple dozen and only this one came out.
So I would like to share it here. I am so thrilled with it.
It must have been luck.
I have tried way too many other times and it did not work to be anything but LUCK.
I will take LUCK!!!
I did not do anything with this picture on Picasso, no adding light, none of that. This is exactly how it came out.
It's weird, because I AM beginning to think that perhaps the moon IS ROUND after-all.
Because up to tonight, the moons I see in my camera lens don't ever resemble a circle, LOL!!!

To capture that moon without a tripod, and the cable for the shutter button is a wonder. I have tried many a night picture in the old days when I was running wild with my 35 mm, and always had problems.
