A little background on why I named this blog what I did.

I should probably do a little explaining on my title of this blog. First my last name is White. Therefore I live in the "White House." Living in the "White House" makes me the 1st Lady. My physical address says I live in Westwood Ca. (not the one by Los Angeles) but a little mountain town in Northeastern Ca. However I really live in a section out of Westwood known as Pinetown. With all the joking going on between my friends, I inevitably became Pinetowns 1st Lady living in the "White House." With all that said, this is just going to be a more personal blog of my life here in Westwood/Pinetown. My family and friends being a big part of it.
Originally I really wanted to take a picture a day for one year and post it on this blog. Perhaps like a photo diary. My life though is quite quiet and perhaps is not photo worthy for a picture a day but I plan on trying. So why not hop in and take a ride with me through little mountain town U.S.A. You may just love it as much as I do!

Party on!

The "BIG" day is finally here. The original reason I came. BIRTHDAY'S!!!
Although my grandson's 2nd birthday is actually December 20th, My son Eric and his wife Cindy decided to have his celebration on December 6th, which just so happens to be my other son Troy's 25th birthday. So I got to be a part of 2 birthdays in one day!
It started here at Troy's house. Troy and my young one Hunter drive me to the home of Andy's other grandma's home

In the car I already have my camera pulled out snapping pictures. We are laughing and joking around when Hunter shows me his sign of endearment

laughingly as I have already taken a gazillion pictures of them both.
When we arrive at Andy's party house, Andy is mesmerized with this huge train set that was put up for him just earlier in the day. His birthday party is train themed.
His big sis Katie Ann is in on the fun!

and the both together

After all the guests arrive the cake must be ate. And what an adorable 2nd birthday cake it was. Made by his mom Cindy, this train was loved by all the kids!
And these are just some of Andy's "friends" who were there for his big day!

Of course "The Family Portrait"
On the left is my oldest son Eric, holding his daughter, my only grand daughter and the first girl born in our entire family since my birth "Katie Ann" who just turned 3 in September. Andy the birthday boy is in the highchair, turning 2 for real on December 20th and his mother Cindy!

And after a very long day of celebration we have a very, very, tired Andrew Robert!

Howdy Hi!
I would love to hear what you have to say. Why not leave me a comment?

View Larger Map This is where I live. To the right of Westwood barely visible is the little section I live in called Pinetown. We have probably 150 to 200 people for our population. Westwood on the other hand is HUGE by comparison with a population of around 2000!
